Google now prompts for user feedback while searching for keywords on Google.com.

As soon as results are displayed for a searched keyword, we noticed this simple question asking for your feedback about current search results.

Question: Did you find what you wanted on this page? (refer image below)

with two simple answers Yes or No.

Once you submit feedback Google thanks and hides the prompt.

NOTE: This prompt doesn’t appear all the time, not sure on what basis Google shows it to users.
