Twitter Rolls Out 280 Character Limit in Tweets Today!

Are you one of those not happy with the 140 character limit while tweeting? You have good news!

Starting today, twitter is rolling out double that previous size of 140 characters i.e 280 character limit. We tried typing a 280 character message counted by an external application and was able to successfully fit in a single tweet. Please refer images below.
