New Permanent Links to Create Regular Hangouts and Hangouts on Air (HOA)

Last week we wrote about a temporary hangout link to launch hangouts. We also mentioned that new links are under works by Google+ team.

The good news is they have announced two new hangout links: One to start a regular hangout and the other to start hangouts on the air (broadcasting live) hangouts.
